You're out of my size! Will you be reprinting the shirt?
We do reprint our shirts when we can, please stay up to date with our blog, sign up to our newsletter and check back in a few weeks.
How do you ship your products?
Our shirts are shipped in our custom screen printed pizza boxes and posters are shipped in 3” hard 3 ply cardboard poster tubes. Both are mailed via USPS and a tracking number will be provided once the package is sent out.
What is your refund policy?
If you purchase one of our shirts and it is damaged, please email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work out an exchange or refund. Shirt must be unwashed. All damaged or defective shirts must be returned before a refund is given.
I am an illustrator/designer and I want to work with you!
We love to see people's work and reach out and connect with everyone. Please send us a link to your portfolio. Unfortunately with us trying to do so much with being such a small company we cannot promise that we will be able to work with you.
What is your shirt making process?
We are a small manual screen printing shop and all our apparel is printed with either discharge or plastisol ink and full cured in a double heater conveyor dryer to ensure maximum quality.
Do you do custom orders?
Yes! Please email us at email@example.com with your order specifications and we will reply with an itemized quote. Please keep in mind we have an order minimum of 24 for apparel and 50 for paper prints.
I want 1 custom shirt printed, how much?
We have a minimum of 24 items per order. Unfortunately it is not cost effective to print less than that.
What can you print on?
We print on all sorts of apparel along with paper/posters/record covers, koozies, patches, flat unassembled boxes, and tote bags. Have an idea you want us to try? Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your medium of choice and we will do our best to accommodate your needs!
Can you print on shirts I supply?
Yes! Please email us at email@example.com with your specifications and image and we will create an estimate for you.
What are your maximum printing dimensions?
12.5"x17" for apparel, 17.25”x23.75” for paper, and 3.5”x3.5” for koozies. Need something bigger? Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll see if we can help you out!
How should I submit artwork?
A layered photoshop (.psd) file is preferred, but we can accept .ai, .pdf, .tif, .jpg, or .eps. They should have a minimum of 300dpi resolution, sized to print, and colors separated into layers. We also accept original paper artwork, please email us at email@example.com for more details.
What forms of payment do you accept?
For online orders we accept credit/debit cards and paypal. For custom print work we accept credit/debit cards, paypal, cash, checks, and money orders.
What is your turn around time on custom orders?
Minimum turnaround time is 10-14 business days from the date the deposit is received.
What if I need my custom order before the estimated turn around time?
We can rush an order for a fee if delivery is required sooner than 10 business days.
I need artwork!!! Do you have an art design department?
Yes! We prefer to design and print for clients to ensure you have the coolest end product around! Email us for a quote at firstname.lastname@example.org
Do you save the screens for future orders?
Since we are a small screen printing company we can only save screens for a fee of $10 per month.
Can you match PMS colors?
We can special order your exact color and have it only for your use, but it can get pricey! We are however very experienced with eye matching colors.
Do you do CMYK?
Yes we do! We also can do halftones as well as fading gradients.
